Questions to think about while writing your story.

  1. When did your stroke happen?
    (Example: 2022, 4 years ago, etc.)
  2. What happened?
    (What do you remember about the stroke and early recovery?)

       3 What were your biggest challenges?.
       (Physical, mental, emotional—anything)

  1. What helped your recovery the most?
    (Therapy, tools, routines, mindset, etc,
  2. Where are you now in your recovery?
  3. What would you tell another stroke survivor
  1. Tools or devices that helped you
    (Positive or negative experiences will be helpful to other survivors)

Whether you’re just starting recovery or years into it, your experience can help someone else keep going.
